Tricolored Heron - The art of eating
Well, I have to say some people are a bit clumsy when we eat. Myself likely included. Others carry themselves with grace and charm fitting a fine charm school upbringing. I can imagine myself standing stuck in mud, in knee deep water, trying to pierce a fish with my nose. Arms flailing, and ultimately ending in a flop sideways covered in mud. It would be an amusing video, and clearly not one of beauty or grace.
But this Tricolored Heron takes it to an art form, a Ballet Breakfast Dance. Wings out wide stretched far for balance. Head turning and poising for the right angle to spy the breakfast catch. Then with lightning speed the fish is caught and quickly gulped and ready with the next dance move. All is done with graceful amazing moves.
Perhaps we can learn balance and beauty from watching how the more skilled one's on earth do it. They truly have it down to an Art form.
And finally.... Breakfast is Served.
